Join Cat Meyer for an immersive Restorative Yoga Teacher Training designed to deepen your understanding of the healing power of restorative yoga. In this comprehensive training, you’ll learn how to guide others in slowing down, letting go, and connecting to their body’s innate wisdom for rest and rejuvenation.
WHAT IS RESTORATIVE YOGA?
Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that emphasizes stillness, deep relaxation, and the use of supportive props to promote healing and recovery. Unlike more active yoga styles, restorative yoga encourages you to hold poses for extended periods, creating space for your nervous system to relax, unwind, and reset. Whether you are recovering from stress, injury, or simply need to bring more balance into your life, restorative yoga offers a pathway to inner calm and physical restoration.
