OUR CLASSES

FLOW
Flow is a well rounded yoga class using imagery, metaphors, and breathwork to take us through the flow. Each teacher has their own style, making the practice a unique, challenging, fun, and relaxing experience. There is an open, level 2, level 2/3, and level 3. Each of these levels offer modifications for everyone taking the class, however, level 2-3 we’ll experience more advanced poses including arm balances and inversions.

ALIGN & MOVE
Align and move is a practice dedicated to the awareness of our body placement. Spending time in each pose using intricate direction to help us gain insight on where we are in time and space. This practice helps exercise our focus thus leaves our mind feeling calm and steady.

PILATES MAT
Refine your strength and agility with Pilates on the mat and then open the body with some of our OG love yoga. The perfect balance.

LOVE SLOW TO FLOW
In the beginning lighten up with a Love Yoga Flow practice followed by a slow yin/restorative practice.

PRE/POSTNATAL
Prenatal Yoga offers women in their first, second, and third trimesters a safe space to move, breathe, and stretch. A soothing practice where you can feel supported and secure while gaining strength and flexibility. Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to help relieve stress and develop relaxation techniques. For postnatal flows, on Wednesdays, please feel free to bring your baby!

LOVE FLOW TO NIDRA
Enjoy a 45 minute Love Flow class followed by Nidra (yoga sleep), where you will fall into a deep state tapping into your ability to lucid dream and restore the mind.

NOURISH & RESTORE + SOUNDBATH
Restorative Yoga is meant to relax, relieve, and rejuvenate the body. This practice combines a little yin with alot of restorative! A restorative practice utilizes props to support the body allowing the muscles to soften into a deep stretch while calming our nervous system, encouraging a new sense of bodily awareness and introspection. Throughout the practice listen to healing sounds (sound bowls).

KATONAH
Katonah Yoga offers a unique perspective into the body as a proportionate figure to fold and unfold. Expect less flow and more time spent breaking down the postures, flushing the joints, and gathering insights that will deepen your own practice and understanding.

LOVE FIT
Enjoy a fitness class with cardio, weights, and resistance training. Tone your body, sweat, and have a fun time while doing it!

BREATHE & MOVE
Breathe and Move is a moving mediative experience, using asana and incorporating breathwork to guide us into an enlightened state of mind. This practice is for all levels.
