Dive into a soulful mix of asana, movement, breathwork, and Katonah Yoga, with dance sessions, beach adventures, and scenic hikes. Unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, treat yourself to massages, and soak in the beauty of a boat ride. The property has 9 en-suite rooms. All rooms have heating and airco or ventilation. Each room has a private bathroom.

GETTING THERE
The retreat center is a 1-hour drive from Faro Airport. Flights and transportation to the retreat center are included with shuttles at organized time slots. We will create a sheet with everyones arrival time so that way we can organize.
We recommend flying to Europe a few days in advance to adjust to the time change. We’ll also practice time change techniques for those arriving at the start of the retreat!

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 60 days of retreat date: 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 30 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
