Over the past 12 years I’ve lived and taught in Boston, New York and LA. The greatest gift that has come from living in three major cities has been the expanded sense of community and connection that comes from a shared passion.

My inherent curiosity has lead me to spend years studying various modalities while completing a variety of trainings.This practice has changed the way I live in all aspects, my inspiration to teach comes from a deep desire to share the magic of this practice.

My intention is to provide connection, community and confidence through curiosity and self study, there is so much power in feeling confident in who we are. Allow me to hold space while you awaken to your highest potential.
