Casey loves weaving astrology and Chinese medicine into her classes, crafting sequences that align with the rhythms of nature and the cosmos. Her teaching style combines soulful movement, thoughtful adjustments, and gentle guidance. Yoga is her sanctuary, the universe her guide, and she has a soft spot for a good matcha latte and her adorable rescue pets—Bonni, Chuck, and Hambo.
