This workshop will support you in reconnecting to your center through creating balance mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically.

Lotem will guide you through a transformational journey that will help you feel inspired, clearer and lighter. She will infuse Reiki energy healing, meditation, guided imagery, and sound throughout this yin practice as you deepen your connection to your intentions and visions.
